John Winsor is an entrepreneur, thought-leader and global authority on open innovation. John’s ideas, expressed through his writing, speaking and the companies he’s built, have placed him at the intersection of innovation, disruption and storytelling. John is currently the executive-in-residence at Harvard Business School’s Laboratory for Innovation Science (LISH). John’s books include “Beyond the Brand,” “Spark,” “Flipped”, and the best-selling “Baked In,” winner of the 2009 800-CEO-READ Business Book Award in marketing, John is an advisor to the Interactive Advertising Bureau and the Digital Initiative at Harvard Business School, and a regular contributor to the Harvard Business Review, The Guardian, Forbes and Digiday. John is a world traveler who enjoys cycling, surfing, extreme skiing, and mountain and rock climbing. He and his family base out of Boulder, Colorado.
John Healy is recognized for launching and leading the Office of the Future of Work at Kelly, his active advocacy for healthy labour markets globally as Vice President at the World Employment Confederation, his experience developing cross industry collaboration to drive innovation, and his ever-present focus on reducing friction in the ways that people connect with work. He serves as an advisor to Open Assembly and the Center for the Transformation of Work, focused on positively impacting a billion lives by 2025.
Barry Matthews is an experienced digital business leader, with a track record of leading and transforming technology consulting firms, as well as enabling open talent models within global enterprises. As CEO, he sets the vision and strategy, and supports a team of globally distributed subject matter experts in the future of work and the power of the crowd. Before merging with Open Assembly, Barry was the Managing Director of Re-source, a consulting firm he founded, which helped enterprise clients tap into the open economy. Barry was also the Managing Partner for Northern Europe at the global technology research and advisory firm ISG, MD and Head of Europe at Alsbridge. He has been recognized by the Management Consulting Association (MCA) and the National Outsourcing Association (NOA) for expertise in business consulting and outsourcing.
